Arrangements for the In-House Seminar by the Organiser:
(A) - Inside the Hall
* Big Conference Hall without Pillars in theater style seating (see attached map).
* 20 degree Hall Temperature.
* Hall should be ready at least 90 minutes before.
* Dias / Stage required.
* A back drop with Program Details (Pre approval needed).
* Centre Table for Mr. Rajesh Aggarwal.
* One Small Round Table with 2 Chairs.
* Podium (Max height 3 ft.).
* Two Cordless Hand Mike and One Cordless Collar Mike.
* One Tape Recorder on stage.
* Mr. Aggarwal will personally operate this system.
* Flip Chart and Markers.
* Participant’s Chair needs to be covered.
* Two Mineral Water Bottles, Glass and around 7 cloth napkins on Mr. Aggarwal’s table.
(B) - Outside Hall
* Water Station, Tea, Lunch & Snacks counter should be arranged outside.
* Two Food Counters in order to avoid rush.
* Two Big Size Registration Table.
(Later on it can be used as display counter of Mr. Aggarwal’s Books and DVDs.)
(C) - Important Instructions
* Lunch or Dinner less spicy and simple.
* Entry / Exit allowed only in the breaks.
* PA System Operator must remain in the Seminar Hall throughout the program.
* Inform all participants to occupy their seats at least 30 mts. before.
* Name Card to each participant.
If seminar is to be conducted outside Delhi then following arrangements are to be made by the Organizer:

Air fare (Return) for two persons. One first class & one economy. |

One Executive and One Ordinary room (total 2 rooms) in a five star hotel. |

Airport pickup & drop |

We would like to inform you that we set up a table at the venue, from where people attending the program can purchase various motivational materials like Books & DVDs of Mr. Rajesh Aggarwal. |

In case you cancel the program for whatever reason, your money shall stand forfeited and considered to be earned. |

However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances, if we cancel our program, our maximum individual / cumulative liability would be returned as the fees received and nothing else whatsoever. |

No audio or video recording is to be done from your side of Mr. Rajesh Aggarwal`s presentation whatsoever. |
